Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

Installed a new dome antenna at the station on April 19. Data is only missing for four hours (12:00 - 15:00 UTC) during the actual installation. Radial transfer was stopped while new ideal pattern phases were determined. The radials were reprocessed with the appropriate phases before they were transferred to Rutgers and HFRNet.

Status switched to 'Closed'
